Tpr. Wind is a licensed physician who continues to step forward by assisting the Troop and the FHPA in numerous ways. He has provided physical exams to both members, and recruits, without cost. He has certified numerous documents needed as required by FDLE and readily supports the unit in all scheduled details to include DUI check points. While working out of state for an extended period he maintained his required times and support of the unit.

Tpr. Wind also writes extensive health awareness articles for the ”F.A.S.T” magazine. These articles require time and research and have proven to be extremely informative on a number of health issues. His contribution to the FHPA goes above and beyond the normal call of duty and is an example of exceptional service to the State of Florida and Florida Highway Patrol Auxiliary.
