During his tenure as an FHPA member, Trooper Glover has developed the reputation of being one that can be counted on to work any type of Patrol Activity or Detail to further FHP’s mission. Since his FHPA appointment in September 1975, he has always been a member one could count on; never one to draw attention to himself, but equally important, has become one of the "unsung heroes" that keeps the Troop moving in a positive direction. Lt. Glover can be counted on to transport various FHP equipment, whether it’s to a DUI Checkpoint or anywhere in the State. Barrie has been known to travel to other States in assisting the Patrol by bringing back various pieces of equipment that will be used in furthering its mission.
