Trooper Filice can always be counted on when the FHPA is needed. During this quarter, he was on the way home when he was called to assist in shutting down part of I-75 due to heavy brush fire smoke, he responded quickly and effectively.

Trooper Filice has taken days off from his day job to serve as an honor guard and to attened training sessions that benefit both the FHP and FHPA. He also assists the FHP & FHPA in any way possible.
Trooper Filice is currently an FHP "armorer" and Taser instructor. He assists with inspection of issued firearms for both the FHP and FHPA and with Taser check out / recertification.
