On May 16th, 2015 at approximately 8:30pm Sergeant Phil Osborne assisted in sucessfully locating and identifying a driver who had been involved in a "hit and run" crash versus a bicyclist.

During the investigations, Sgt. Philip Osborne performed his duties in a very professional manner. His actions, in quickly searching the neighborhood, was responsible for the proper identification of the subject and allowed the responding troopers to complete their investigation.
